  • Yes, we are licensed and insured. We hold a Victorian Domestic Builders License and as members of Master Builders hold all insurance policies required for construction projects in Victoria.

Our Client Portal centralises the communication process so you, the customers can make quick decisions to keep the job running smoothly. Always know where things stand and avoid unpleasant surprises. We will work closely with you to minimize any disruptions and ensure that the project stays on track.

  • We provide a comprehensive building contract that outlines in detail payment stages. Detailed invoices clearly outline the project costs and payment schedule. We offer payment schedules to help make the process as easy and convenient as possible for our clients.
  1. What type of warranty do you provide for your work?

  • We offer domestic building insurance (DBI) in Victoria, which provides cover to homeowners for incomplete or defective building work.

    Builders in Victoria are required by law to take out domestic building insurance, also known as builder’s warranty insurance, for work valued at more than $16,000.
