03What’s included in my contract, and what counts as a variation?

You’ll receive a detailed, line-by-line breakdown in our Buildxact portal that outlines what’s included in your contract—materials, labour, everything. Variations only occur if you request a change or if something unforeseen happens, like an issue uncovered on site. Either way, you’ll always be notified in advance, and nothing proceeds without your written approval. We make sure you’re in control.
04How do you ensure the project stays on schedule, and when will I know my move-in date?

While external factors like weather can occasionally cause delays, you’ll be updated straight away and shown how the schedule is adjusted.
